At Shakkar Papa, every piece is made to order with care and intention — just for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order at helpline@shakkarpaapa.com with photos and details of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or repair, as applicable.

Please note:

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the handcrafted charm and not considered defects.

• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care will not be eligible for return.
