Shipping policy

At Shakkar Papa, we believe in quality craftsmanship and conscious creation. Every piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed, which is why we operate on a Made-to-Order basis.

 

Order Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

Because each item is lovingly handcrafted just for you, we require a specific time period to create your piece before it is ready to ship.

• Processing Time: All orders have a standard processing and creation time of 15-20 calendar days from the date the order is placed.

• What this means: Your 15-day period is for the creation of your item. Once the 15-20 days are complete, your order will be packaged and shipped immediately.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Once your order has been crafted (after the 15-20 day processing time), we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

International Shipping

• We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and vary significantly by destination. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
  

 

Other Shipping Notes

• Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, which will contain your tracking link.

• Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, the 15-day processing time applies to the entire order, and all items will ship together.

• Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Shakkar Papa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
